Being Skinny Shouldn’t Be Your Weight Loss Goal (DEFINE YOUR SUCCESS)
Welcome to today’s discussion on being skinny and why being skinny shouldn’t be your weight loss goal. If you want to lose weight and get in shape, great! I’m here to help, BUT to me there’s a big difference between weight loss and losing weight to create a better relationship with your body and to become stronger mentally and physically and dying to be thin. Before you start your weight loss journey ask yourself, “ is this about how to get skinny?” or is this about becoming happier and loving who you are?
You can’t overlook the psychological weight loss strategy because if you start your weight loss focused on the negative and looking for tricks to be skinny, you’re going to cause more harm than good. I only bring this up because some people have an unhealthy obsession with getting thin, but the truth about being skinny is that if you’re not focused on health and happiness and changing your mindset, then getting thin or skinny won’t change the way you feel about yourself. And that’s just the honest truth.
