Have you taken part in the junk food debate? Do you think that it is okay for parents to justify having junk in the house because of their kids?
And with all we know about the relation of sugar and type 2 diabetes and our nutritional intake to obesity related diseases do you think that parents need to take a bigger responsibility and part of the blame for kids growing up with obesity related diseases?
Years ago you could justify that loving parents didn’t know any better, but with our access to information today that excuse become void. So do we now move to blame our hectic lifestyles for the convenience of junk food or do we step up and take responsibility.
I want to know what you think, so post your comments below and let me know your thoughts.
