When it comes to changing our life, becoming healthier, fitter and stronger the first thing you’re going to want to do is to build a solid foundation.
Think about it, if you’re 20-30lbs away from your goal weight, or it’s been 2-3 years since you’ve focused on your body or your health. You need to rebuild your behaviors, your habits and change your environment to match your new goals.
You need to rebuild new exercise behaviors – technique, stamina, strength. To rebuild good nutrition habits that are aligned with your goals. And to put yourself in an environment where you are supported, guided and apart of a team pushing you towards your success.
This is what I tell all my clients when they start out with me. Yes getting back into your fitness routine is tough and it can be overwhelming. But if you focus on the foundation – building new behaviors, habits and reconditioning your environment you can see some amazing results incredibly fast.
